BUYER & PRODUCT DEVELOPER

Are you a commercially minded Buyer/Product Developer with a passion for creating innovative, trend-led products?

Do you thrive on bringing concepts to life, sourcing globally, and building successful product ranges that customers love?

We are looking for a talented Buyer & Product Developer to join a growing team and take ownership of exciting homeware categories.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and launch commercially successful product ranges across homeware categories including kitchenware and tableware.

Identify market trends, customer insights and sales performance data to drive range development.

Manage product development from concept through to production and launch.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.

Manage critical paths and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Present concepts and range strategies to senior stakeholders and customers.

Develop alternative global sourcing routes across Europe and Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in Buying, Product Development or Product Management.

Experience taking products from concept through to launch.

Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

Excellent supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Understanding of critical path management and seasonal product development.

KEY REQUIREMENT: Experience sourcing homeware products, particularly ceramic tableware, outside of China is highly sought after and will be a significant advantage for this role.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Eligible to work in the UK.
