Are you passionate about event management and marketing? Our client is seeking a highly skilled Events Tradeshow Advisor II to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. Role Overview:

As an Events Tradeshow Advisor II, you will be an integral part of our client\’s marketing initiatives. Your expertise will drive the planning, execution, and evaluation of a variety of marketing events, including customer seminars, user conferences, and trade shows. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage diverse tasks independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Logistics: Initiate, manage, and execute logistics for marketing events, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
Collaboration: Work closely with corporate communications, regional marketing managers, and business leaders to ensure cohesive event promotion and lead generation.
Project Management: Oversee sub-projects and coordinate cross-functional teams, escalating issues promptly to stakeholders as needed.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with event partners throughout the event lifecycle, from kickoff to reporting.
On-Site Management: Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and professionally.
Strategy Development: Assist in the development of event marketing strategies and recommend key components such as agendas, speakers, and venues.
Survey Analysis: Assess survey feedback regarding event planning and execution to identify areas for improvement.
Control Books: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive control books for each event to ensure all details are documented and organised.
Executive Support: Aid in executive-level communication and reporting, contributing to enterprise-wide briefings and entertainment initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in event planning and execution.

Qualifications:

A minimum of four years of experience in event planning or related fields, showcasing a strong understanding of marketing events and trade shows.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of events are meticulously planned and executed.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with a focus on delivering results.
