Are you an experienced Logistics Manager looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills? We have an exciting position available!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management: Manage warehouses in compliance with ISO standards, company processes, and policies. Audit and report inventory levels. Recommend orders and restocks. Ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
  • Stock Control: Maintain stock availability to meet deadlines. Ensure accurate stock picking for events. Report discrepancies to senior management and monitor outcomes.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain health and safety standards across multiple sites. Ensure safe loading and unloading of event trucks.
  • Daily Operations: Receive, control, and unload deliveries. Supervise staff and assist with unloading. Operate a forklift to move goods. Update stock control systems and check stock levels regularly.
  • Event Support: Select and prepare academic dress for large graduation events. Provide regular stock reports to senior managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience supervising or managing a warehouse.
  • Knowledge of stock control and goods received processes.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Valid driving license and forklift license.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and suggest improvements.

Additional Details:

  • Based in Andover with occasional travel to other sites.
  • Extra hours and weekend work required during event seasons.
