About the Role:As an Events Tradeshow Advisor II, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating marketing events, customer seminars, and trade shows. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of all event logistics. Your expertise will help drive sales goals and enhance our client's brand presence! ??
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage logistics for various marketing events, including customer seminars, user conferences, and trade shows.Collaborate with corporate communications and marketing teams to ensure cohesive event promotion and messaging.Communicate effectively with event affiliates from pre-show to post-show reporting.Track leads and manage on-site event activities, providing support as needed.Develop and recommend agendas, speakers, and venues for conferences and meetings.Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in event planning.Assist in executive-level communication and reporting, ensuring smooth operations at all levels.
Who You Are:
A professional with four or more years of experience in event planning or a related field.Highly organised with a strong ability to follow processes and meet sales goals.Proficient in Microsoft Teams, including virtual calls and webinars (experience with Teams townhall is a plus!).An independent worker who can manage tasks in a UK time zone while collaborating with a US-based team.A proactive communicator who can liaise with various stakeholders effectively. ???
