Evening Site Supervisor – Location: Uppingham Rushden Area | Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM | Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

About the Role

We\’re looking for a dependable Evening Site Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our school premises during evening hours. This is a lone-working role ideal for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Locking up the site, including windows, doors, and gates
• Setting alarms and ensuring full site security
• Conducting end-of-day checks and reporting any issues
• Being the main point of contact on site during evenings
• As our Evening Lettings Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and supporting the smooth running of our evening events and lettings. You\\\’ll lead a fantastic team, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready for use

Your Responsibilities

• Supervising all maintenance and cleaning activities during the evening hours
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinating with caretaking and cleaning staff to maintain high standards
• Conducting regular inspections of facilities and reporting maintenance issues
• Assisting with setting up and taking down events and lettings
• Providing excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors
• Building security – Closing premises, making sure everything is locked, key holder responsibilities

What We\’re Looking For

• Experienced in facilities management, caretaking, or a similar role
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and safety
• Great at communication and enjoys working with people
• DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check
