We\βre seeking a proactive Estates & Facilities Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across our estates and facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administration for estates, maintenance, and facilities projects.
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation, including basic document control tasks.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements.Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Competence with MS Office and database systems.
Experience in an education environment is desirable but not essential. xiskglj
Prior exposure to document control or facilities administration is an advantage.This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy estates team and contribute to the effective running of a large property portfolio
