Our client, a leading residential construction company, is seeking an experienced Estate Completion Manager to join their team in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the completion of residential estates, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards.
Manage the coordination of housebuilding operations, including drainage, groundworks, and other related activities.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor the progress of projects, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Manage and lead a team of site supervisors and contractors, providing guidance and support when needed.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and utility providers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, including completion certificates and health and safety reports.
