The predicted salary is between 60000 - 72000 £ per year.

Role - 6 months with opportunity to apply for permanent position once available - £34.34 per hour Umbrella - Based on site in Croydon, South London (CR0), 4 days per week with 1 day working from home.

The team managers will focus on managing caretaking teams to improve standards and customer satisfaction. You will also monitor the delivery of estate services such as grounds maintenance. The managers will work closely with the head of service, residents, and partners to identify and deliver improvements and good practices in service delivery.

Managers are expected to be in the office or on estates 4 days per week with one day per week working from home. Management experience and understanding of Housing Legislation are essential.
