We are excited to be working with a regular client of ours, a successful company based in Harlow, who are now seeking a Contracts Coordinator. The successful individual will be joining a small, friendly and creditable team and will be responsible for assisting with the smooth day to day operation and running of the service contracts administration.
Duties:
- Planning and coordinating engineers site diary - keeping planner up to date.
- Taking ownership of jobs.
- Dealing with both projects & contracts side.
- Ensure daily engineer worksheets and relevant information is received and processed.
- Ordering and arranging delivery of filters and other equipment required for site jobs.
- Ensuring all client paperwork and reports are accurate and up to date - uploaded on customers portal.
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner and taking queries regarding contracts.
- Preparing of quotations and sales material.
- Provide support to sales and customer service teams with phone answering, enquiry taking and outbound telephone calls.
- Perform other clerical duties as required such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.
- Any other appropriate duties as they arise.
