Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and driving various initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
- Supporting the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Supporting performance management processes and facilitating training programmes.
- Analysing HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR practises.
Who is the ideal candidate?
Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable HR professional with:
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the engineering or technical sector.
- A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for supporting employees.
- A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) is desirable.
