Event Sales Assistant (Temporary - Weekend Work)

Location: Outskirts of Chelmsford - Car Driver with Own car is preferred for this job

Dates: Saturday 27th June, Sunday 28th June (2 days work)

Hours: Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm, Sunday: 9:30am - 5:00pm (one staff member required until 6:30pm for pack-down)

Pay: £12.71ph + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits

Overview: We are currently seeking two proactive and customer-focused Event Sales Assistants to support at a busy outdoor lifestyle and craft event. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and have a confident sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling promotional products at a discounted rate using a card machine (provided)
  • Actively engaging with event attendees to promote offers and drive sales
  • Distributing flyers and marketing materials
  • Capturing customer details to support new subscription sign-ups
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming presence on the stand at all times
  • Assisting with general stand duties, including set-up and pack-down (where required)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions
