Adecco is seeking an HR & Payroll Coordinator in Rayleigh to manage HR policies, onboarding, payroll data and GDPR-compliant records. This fully office-based role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and strong stakeholder support.

You will support high-volume recruitment across locations, coordinate training, and provide first-line HR guidance to managers and staff, contributing to a collaborative, growing business with pension, discounts and on-site.
