Position Overview: As the Housing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Trust while upholding its core values. Reporting to the Chief Executive and Finance Officer, you will manage frontline staff and be a key player in housing management issues. This is a senior role that requires a commitment of at least 35 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend commitments for resident and board events.

Key Responsibilities:
