Your Role:
As an LCL Road Freight Operator, you will play a key role in managing our Less than Container Load (LCL) operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and processing LCL shipments from start to finish
- Liaising with carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Managing documentation and compliance for all shipments
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Monitoring shipments and proactively updating clients on the status
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
