What You'll Do:
- Conduct re-work for both conventional and SMT components.
- Pre-form components and read work packs to follow product instructions.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and resolve any defects.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Hand solder conventional components to IPC standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience soldering to IPC Class 2 (Class 3 is a plus!).
