What You'll Do:

  • Conduct re-work for both conventional and SMT components.
  • Pre-form components and read work packs to follow product instructions.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and resolve any defects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Hand solder conventional components to IPC standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience soldering to IPC Class 2 (Class 3 is a plus!).
  • Background in a manufacturing production environment.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Attention to detail and methodical task completion.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
