Job Description Mechanical Assembler Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Salary: Competitive, with overtime available Our client is a well-established and growing specialist engineering manufacturer based in North Essex. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Assembler to join their production team. Working as part of a skilled assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components to produce high-quality finished equipment. Mechanical assembly and fitting of components and assemblies. Installation of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and braking systems. Assembly and alignment of fabricated structures and moving components. Carrying out quality checks throughout the build process. Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills. Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, commercial vehicle, trailer, agricultural machinery or plant environments. Basic electrical knowledge.
