Location: Based at Dunmow warehouse, travelling in company vans to sites across Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Kent
Hours: Core hours 7:00am - 3:00pm, with regular overtime available
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to assist with the set-up and take-down of marquees for a variety of events. You will be based at our Dunmow warehouse and work as a driver's mate, travelling in company vans to event locations. No driving is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting daily to the Dunmow warehouse
- Assisting the driver with loading and unloading vans
- Helping erect and dismantle marquees at client homes and event venues
- Carrying out manual handling and repetitive heavy lifting as part of a team
- Representing the company professionally when working on-site with customers
- Ensuring equipment is handled safely and work areas are kept tidy
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good customer service skills and a polite, professional manner
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, rain or shine
- Happy to get hands dirty and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to get to the Dunmow warehouse each day
