Role Overview: As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing expert support on a diverse range of employee relations matters. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with employment legislation while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a complex and varied Employee Relations caseload, providing expert advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of employment law, company policy and best practice.
- Lead on disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, probation, and conduct cases, ensuring investigations and outcomes are fair, robust, timely and legally compliant.
- Support managers through the full Employee Relations process, from initial advice and investigation through to formal hearings, appeals.
