Location: Based in Cahir, with travel to project sites
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Engineering / Construction / Project Safety
We\’re looking for an experienced and proactive EHS Lead to champion health, safety, and environmental excellence across our projects, especially those involving high-risk activities.
What You\’ll Do:
Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project sites
Conduct risk assessments, manage site-specific safety setups, and investigate incidents
Deliver safety training and ensure clear safety communication
Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
What You\’ll Bring:
A relevant Diploma or Degree in Health & Safety
2+ years of EHS experience (ideally in a construction or project-based environment)
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to travel between Cahir and project sites
A drive to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
