Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to evaluate technical quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in coordinating receipt of internal and external documentation to meet customer quality requirements.
  • Help produce accurate documentation packs to support on-time delivery of customer products.
  • Review vendor documentation and communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance.
  • Manage queries and provide timely resolutions to support customer needs.
  • Support customers and third-party inspectors both on-site and remotely.
