Contract Details: Temporary contract - 6 months
Rotational schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, 84 hours per week | 12‑hour shifts
Salary: £20.00 - £30.00 per hour, depending on experience
About Our Client: Our client is a leading organisation delivering large‑scale construction projects within the energy and infrastructure sector. They are currently supporting the Hornsea onshore project and are seeking a Site Coordinator to support efficient, safe, and compliant site operations during a critical phase of delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily site operations through effective coordination and administration
- Collect, verify, consolidate, and distribute site data and reports (DPRs, KPIs, time registrations, vendor reports, crew lists)
- Act as the first point of contact for site personnel and visitors, including reception duties and visitor logging
- Organise and coordinate site meetings, including preparation and distribution of minutes
- Arrange transport and accommodation for site personnel and support crew change logistics
- Maintain accurate personnel records, certificates, qualifications, and training data
- Track office supplies and manage site administrative requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations
- Actively contribute to safety culture through toolbox talks and safety initiatives
- Support and assist colleagues as required
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven experience in site coordination, office administration, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office / Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
- Familiarity with SAP
- Experience working in a multicultural or project‑based environment
- Knowledge of site processes and reporting structures
- UK Safety Passport or similar site‑specific certification
Technologies:
