My Client, a leading UK telecommunications organisation, is currently looking for an experienced Remedy ITSM Consultant to join their team on an initial 6‑month contract.
This role will play a key part in supporting, enhancing, and optimising a legacy BMC Remedy environment, while also enabling the migration of ITIL teams onto the platform and strengthening internal capability.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain the BMC Remedy ITSM platform in a complex enterprise environment
- Assist with the onboarding and migration of ITIL teams and processes into Remedy
- Manage and optimise CMDB data loads and foundation data
- Configure and maintain integrations (e.g., E‑bonding, TSO)
- Oversee server group configurations and platform performance
- Execute and monitor Atrium Integrator jobs
- Carry out customisation using Developer Studio
- Troubleshoot issues through log analysis and root‑cause investigation
- Ensure platform readiness for BCDR (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) testing
- Produce documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Strong hands‑on experience with BMC Remedy ITSM (Administration & Support)
- Proven experience working in legacy ITSM environments
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
- Experience with: CMDB management and data loads, Atrium Integrator, Remedy Developer Studio
- Knowledge of integrations (e.g., E‑bonding or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and log analysis capability
- Experience working with server group architecture
- Exposure to BCDR planning/testing
- Previous experience in telecommunications or large enterprise environments
- Experience in upskilling or mentoring internal teams
- Exposure to other ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) alongside Remedy
Candidates must hold active SC (Security Check) clearance, or be eligible and willing to undergo the SC clearance process.
