My Client based in Norwich are currently looking for an enthusiastic Project Support Officer to provide administrative support primarily to the Project Manager, Benefits & Transformation Manager and to members of the Digital Team as part of the overall delivery of the organisation's Digital Strategy. This is a very exciting and varied role which will require the post-holder to be proactive, dynamic and tenacious and will provide an excellent insight into project management for the deployment of an enterprise-wide solution and transformational change. This role is paying £14.90 per hour, Inside IR35. This is a remote contract but you will be required to be on site to collect your equipment and meet the team.

Experience required:

  • Significant administrative experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Relevant experience in an office environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • File Management/Version control
  • Effective and accurate minute taking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong proven administrative and organisational skills
  • Able to create correspondence and devise visual presentations requiring excellent use of English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality and accurate work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent standard of documentation and record keeping
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver high quality and accurate work to tight deadlines
