Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the Project Delivery Team to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage resources and oversee work packages for Phases 1 and 2 of Statements of Work.
- Ensure all governance checkpoints and committees are executed per standards.
- Monitor project plans, identifying impacts on business requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews and manage risks and corrective actions.
- Guarantee compliance with corporate standards and legislation.
- Propose and implement improvements for enhanced workflows.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- 7+ years of delivery experience, particularly in IT within government.
- Proven senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong project, risk, and resource management capabilities.
Desirable:
- Level 6 qualification; certifications like Prince2 or APMP.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MSP, Jira) and methodologies.
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid model (60% on-site).
