Seeking a highly skilled Creative Program Manager for a one-year assignment in London, UK.

This role will drive the evolution of the company's global advertiser video education and co-production program, ensuring operational excellence, process optimization, and seamless coordination across global vendors, external clients, and creators.

The Program Manager will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and influencers to deliver measurable results, scale solutions, and integrate innovative tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program management across multiple workstreams related to video production and creative solutions.
  • Oversee global slot booking, scheduling, and logistical coordination for client-facing services.
  • Manage internal production resources, staffing, and slot allocation to maximize impact.
  • Develop and present global program documentation, decks, and resources for scalability.
  • Design and implement agile workflows prioritizing mobile-first content creation.
  • Continuously improve processes for speed, ease of use, and effectiveness.
  • Utilize project management tools for visibility and tracking.
  • Communicate clear direction to multiple global vendors, including third-party partners.
  • Optimize workflows for scalability and efficiency.
  • Onboard and integrate AI tools and vendors to enhance program performance.
  • Process Optimization & Scaling
  • Streamline processes and templatize solutions for scalability.
  • Develop toolkits and best practices for project management and communication.
  • Budgeting & Reporting
  • Manage program budgets and track expenditures.
  • Prepare and present monthly business reports (MBRs), global admin reports, and RFP documentation.
  • Client Service & Communication
  • Scale client communications using vendor support and templates.
  • Create and present program decks, packages, and updates to internal teams and external clients.
  • Creative Solutions & Production Industry
  • Build creative solutions within the production industry, including toolkit creation and strategic operations.
  • Use AI tools to solve problems and drive innovation.
  • Experience in program management within digital marketing, creative industries, or global client-facing services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and online advertising.
  • Expertise in agile workflows and mobile-first content creation.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
  • Solid financial acumen in budgeting and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance program outcomes.
