My client is urgently seeking a motivated Demand & Portfolio Coordinator to join a forward-thinking organisation embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and making a real impact in shaping how change happens.

Location: Gaydon

Payrate: 33 per hour via Umbrella company

The Role

The Demand & Portfolio Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting Customer Experience demand and prioritisation activities. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, this person will help capture, validate, and prioritise requests, ensuring alignment with strategic road-maps. It’s about bringing clarity and control to the change process while enabling continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Demand Management: Support the capture, validation, and assessment of digital demand submissions. Ensure requests are processed promptly and directed to the right delivery channels. Maintain traceability of demand items through to delivery. Plan and coordinate key meetings with full stakeholder coverage.
  • Governance & Reporting: Contribute to governance forums and demand syncs. Maintain dashboards, datasets, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy of demand and portfolio data.
