The Opportunity
A successful and well-established business in Enfield is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales team while driving continued business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader to join a thriving organisation, managing key customer relationships, developing the sales function, and contributing to future success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.
- Drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
- Manage and grow key customer accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes.
- Recruit, mentor and support team members.
- Work closely with senior management on sales strategy.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role.
