Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 sales professionals. Drive sales growth and maximise profitability. Manage and grow key customer accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes. Recruit, mentor and support team members. Work closely with senior management on sales strategy. Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events. Ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
