Looking for a Sous Chef role that offers a genuine work-life balance? I'm recruiting for a busy hotel operation in Ellesmere Port that's looking for a talented Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef de Partie ready for the next step. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead a small kitchen team delivering quality food across the restaurant, weddings, events, conferences and banqueting.

What You'll Need

- 2:30pm - 11pm
- 5:30am - 2pm (breakfast shift)
