Our client, a highly respected local government organisation, is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join their essential electronic tagging service team. Help monitor and support those who need it most, ensuring safety and security for all., * You are not required to have your own vehicle; however, if you do, it’s a plus. Proof of insurance/payment will be required.

You will be required to reach a central location, which we will inform you about as needed, for your colleague to pick you up.

If you don’t have your own transportation, you’ll need to arrange your own way home after your work is done, please note this may be in the early hours of am.

Please inform us if you own a vehicle and have a full UK driver’s license with fewer than 9 points.
Your Role:
As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you’ll play a key part in:

Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks

Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices

Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication

Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team

Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

No prior experience needed – we’ll provide all the training you need!

Working Pattern:Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Working Hours: Shift pattern: 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Please note the majority of shifts are between 5pm to 1am.
