Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to design, scale, and optimise paid media and performance marketing programmes that drive high‑quality traffic and lead generation across global and regional growth initiatives. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise across digital channels, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to deliver end‑to‑end campaigns—from strategy and execution through to measurement and optimisation. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful digital programmes at speed, supporting scalable growth initiatives and high‑impact business campaigns.

You are a seasoned performance marketer with a strong track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments. You understand how to engage different audiences and personas, from SMB through to Enterprise, and are confident connecting upper‑ and lower‑funnel strategies into integrated journeys. You are analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating with autonomy while collaborating across multiple stakeholders. You thrive in lean, agile teams and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance & Demand Generation
- Design, scale, and optimise paid media and demand generation programmes across key digital channels (Ads)
- Build full‑funnel, end‑to‑end digital journeys from ideation through execution and reporting
- Connect and optimise campaigns across multiple stages of the funnel
- Campaign & Programme Management
- Manage global virtual event promotional plans, from webinars through to large‑scale digital experiences
- Own integrated digital campaign delivery including creative, format selection, platform innovation, QA, and optimisation
- Activate and execute multi‑channel ABM strategies targeting high‑value accounts and personas
- Agency & Partner Management
- Manage agencies and partners, ensuring high‑quality delivery, accuracy, and adherence to timelines
- Lead digital channel execution by providing clear briefs, deliverables, and performance expectations
- Measurement, Analytics & Optimisation
- Own campaign tracking, reporting, and performance measurement
- Deliver comprehensive reporting to support advanced optimisation and insight generation
- Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement teams to build robust reporting frameworks
- Use data‑driven insights to identify trends, surface opportunities, and make optimisation recommendations
- Content, Creative & CRO
- Drive content and creative planning aligned to personas, objectives, and campaign types
- Develop messaging strategies that cut through and improve audience engagement
- Support landing page, form optimisation, CRO initiatives, and SEO strategies to improve conversion and organic performance
- Testing, Innovation & AI
- Own the testing and learning agenda across channels, audiences, and formats
- Conduct deep audience segmentation and testing to improve efficiency and performance
- Leverage AI, automation, and smart bidding to improve operating speed and marketing effectiveness
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Deliver strategic insights to marketing, sales, product marketing, and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to create growth roadmaps and continuous optimisation plans
- Continuously review and improve digital go‑to‑market processes
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience in performance marketing within B2B SaaS, technology, agency, or high‑growth environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with paid social and paid search platforms (Ads)
- Proven experience running virtual and in‑person event programmes (webinars, livestreams, online sessions)
- Strong understanding of CRM‑based lead management and event‑to‑pipeline journeys
- Experience managing agencies and marketing budgets
- Familiarity with martech/adtech, including automation, enrichment, lead routing, nurture, personalisation, and monetisation
- Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Salesforce, event platforms)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing ambiguity
Nice to Have
- Experience with streaming/event platforms such as SplashThat
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills
- Experience managing paid search campaigns using AI‑driven automation and smart bidding (including app installs)
