We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our busy Purchasing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a varied role within a professional and supportive environment that offers excellent flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the department email inbox, responding to enquiries and directing correspondence as required.
- Liaise with clients to obtain purchase orders and accurately update the CRM system.
- Create, organise, and maintain project folders and associated documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Update spreadsheets relating to client surveys, project progress, and invoice schedules.
- Chase outstanding reports and documentation to ensure client SLA requirements are met and invoices can be released promptly.
- Attend internal meetings, taking accurate notes and tracking follow-up actions.
- Coordinate the booking of subcontractors and process related invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing team and wider business as required.
