You will work 35 hours weekly, with 3 days in the office, starting ASAP, to ensure compliance across the accommodation portfolio.
You will manage a portfolio of properties, ensure providers meet contractual and regulatory standards, handle tenancy endings through legal avenues, conduct inspections, and report on compliance to support residents and housing services.
