Our client, a leading organisation in the service industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Live Chat Agent . Fluency in Dutch is required for this role. Responsibilities: Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers and clients regarding delivery requests, item faults, and complaints. Demonstrate confidence in handling various issues and conducting thorough investigations to resolve problems effectively. Provide prompt and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Support Dutch-speaking customers with clear and concise communication. Requirements: Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal) is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern of 5 over 7 days, with shifts predominantly from 9 am to 5 pm, but may also include shifts from 8 am – 4 pm and 11 am – 7 pm. Please note, this will involve weekend shifts. Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues. We offer: Full training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for the role. A dynamic and supportive working environment.
