Are you organised, detail-focused and looking to build a rewarding career in finance? We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join a growing and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance, accounts, or administration experience who wants to develop their skills, take ownership of their work, and become an important part of a business that's continuing to grow.
This role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to work across multiple areas of the business. You'll support day-to-day finance operations, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and contribute to making processes more efficient and effective.
What You'll Be Doing
- Finance & Accounts
- Managing day-to-day financial administration using Xero
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Raising customer invoices and credit notes
- Monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Following up overdue payments and supporting debt collection activities
- Managing supplier payments accurately and on time
- Reconciling bank transactions
- Supporting month-end finance processes
- Assisting with financial reporting and administration
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding account queries and payments
- Administration & Customer Support
- Providing excellent customer service to customers and suppliers
- Responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting colleagues across different departments
- Identifying ways to improve processes and increase efficiency

You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in finance, accounts, or finance administration
- Experience with Xero or the confidence to quickly learn new systems
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills

- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- The confidence to take responsibility and work independently
