About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front Desk & Student Services Assistant to join a busy student accommodation team in Dundee. The successful candidate will primarily be based at a central Dundee site, with occasional work required across two additional student accommodation locations within the city. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manning the front desk and welcoming residents and visitors
- Handling parcels, post, and deliveries
- Responding to emails and general enquiries
- Updating the company Instagram page with appropriate and engaging content
- Assisting with the setup and running of in-house events
- Carrying out ad hoc housekeeping duties when required
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident using email and social media platforms, particularly Instagram
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to travel between sites within Dundee when required
- Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
