Technical Architect Contract Dublin 6-18 Months.

My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Technical Architect to join them on a contract basis for 6-18 months.

My client is looking for looking to recruit an Architect to join the their EMEA Reporting Technology team, to drive the architectural vision and architecture for our technology platform in line with the enterprise technology architecture and business strategy.

You will be required to contribute to the creation of the architecture roadmap.

You will work across business and technology to create the solution design and architecture and evolve it based on an emerging backlog.

You will provide technical thought leadership based on experience of building multiple software solutions.

You will Contribute to the development of design and technology implementation best practices.

You will look for better ways to solve technical problems and design solutions.

Ensure architecture is flexible, modular and designed to adapt easily, Facilitate solution-driven discussions and lead the design, finding creative solutions.

It will be expected that you clarify the architecture and assist with system design (where needed) for the development teams to support implementation and resolve any architectural impediments.

Successful candidates will have a Proven track record in solution architecture and design across multiple technologies.

Candidates will also have an ability to build strong knowledge of products and services at functional and data level.

Excellent technical skills are expected (key technologies used: Oracle PL/SQL, Angular, Java, Spring).

You will have good knowledge of emerging technologies and Big Data (Hadoop).

Experience with data technologies and understanding of metadata and data lineage concepts, Experience of interfacing with 3rd party vendor platforms Exposure to Cloud technologies.
