Join Our Team as a Drafter in Longbenton! Are you ready to unleash your creativity and technical skills? We're on the lookout for a talented Drafter to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, this position might be just the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Hours: Flexible start and finish time between core office hours of 7am and 5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Duration: Minimum of 6 months

Salary: £29,250 per annum

Your Role: As a Drafter, you will play a key role in transforming concepts into detailed designs. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects and expand your skill set while making a real impact!

What You'll Do:

  • Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Maintain organised documentation and project records.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practises in drafting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Previous experience as a Drafter is a plus, but we are open to all enthusiastic candidates!
