About the Role:

As the Retail Distribution Channel Manager, you will be at the heart of our global consumer distribution management. Your mission is to implement innovative retail strategies that drive operational efficiency, boost sales productivity, and foster growth across our channels. You will be managing end-to-end processes and ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience for our internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the retail distribution strategy for Reality Labs products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives at key distribution partners.
  • Oversee the execution of commercial agreements, including pricing and volume commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Create engaging presentations for internal and external executives.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure supply meets demand.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with distribution partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to find opportunities for differentiation.

What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Solid years in distribution channel management, operations, or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools/Google Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in creating business use cases and impactful presentations.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in multi-channel sales for consumer hardware/software.
