Digital Transformation Project Manager

Our client, a leading organisation in the energy industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced People Digital Transformation Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the People Digital Transformation (PDT) programme into the business, ensuring seamless alignment of HR policies, processes, and systems. Reporting into the Group PDT programme lead and the head of integration for the business, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of key transformation project activities.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven expertise in managing HR transformations, particularly within the context of large-scale acquisitions and subsequent integration activities. It is essential to have experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow as underlying technologies, as well as a strong track record in change management and communication to drive successful outcomes.
