Adecco are recruiting for an Accommodation Maintenance Team Leader to assist in driving the efficiency and quality of planned and reactive maintenance across a large portfolio of premium student accommodation in Manchester.
Please note, you MUST be a driver with access to a vehicle to be considered for this position.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, and every other weekend (with a day off during the week when working at the weekend). Core hours are 09:00-17:00. Flexibility to attend urgent call-outs when required.
Salary dependant on experience - £30,000-£35,000. 25 days holiday plus.
