In this exciting position, you'll provide vital support across three hospitals in the beautiful Devon area, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service post-installation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy troubleshooting, training, and collaborating with teams, we want to hear from you!
As a Laboratory Support Coordinator, your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering frontline customer support across a range of analytical systems.
- Providing applications and IT support tailored to laboratory needs.
- Conducting training sessions for laboratory staff, empowering them with the knowledge they need to excel.
Requirements:
- A degree (BSc) in Biomedical Science or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Solid experience in delivering exemplary support within a hospital laboratory or similar diagnostics solutions provider.

- Full UK Driving License.
While the role primarily covers the Devon area, you may occasionally travel to provide support in other regions and to our Head Office in Burgess Hill. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Devon area.
