We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Site & Grounds Support Operative to assist with general housekeeping and maintenance duties at a large agricultural / rural industrial site near Exeter (EX5 area). This role involves a mix of outdoor and indoor work in an agricultural environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in rural surroundings.
Duties will include:
- Sweeping and shovelling site areas
- Washing down channels and surfaces
- Clearing debris and rubbish around the site
- General tidying of workshop and tools areas
- Pressure washing
- Weed pulling
- Mowing and strimming lawned areas
All tools and PPE will be provided.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in an agricultural / rural environment
- Willingness to carry out physical, hands-on work
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Safety-conscious approach to work
- Immediate start available.
