Strong understanding of planning processes, property development cycles, and construction delivery. Experience working with or alongside Estates Facilities teams . Financial acumen, with ability to build, interpret, and challenge development appraisals. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Project management expertise, ideally aligned to RIBA stages and/or Prince2/APM methodologies. Desirable Experience in the public sector, local authority environment, or housing association. Understanding of sustainability, net-zero carbon, and asset management strategies. Knowledge of JCT, NEC, or other contract frameworks.
