We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our customer-facing team in London. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Non-Trading operations, interacting with users both onsite and remotely. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key contact for escalations and service desk enquiries
  • Manage and resolve high-severity business-impacting incidents
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and applications
  • Review and update system documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Provide executive support and assist users with accessibility needs
  • Diagnose, analyze, and fix software/system faults
  • Liaise with technology partners and vendors
  • Maintain awareness of technology risks and their business impact
  • Assist with system-related activities (IMAC)
  • Follow the remote support model to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Proficiency in PC/Laptop/Virtual Terminal support (Windows 10)
  • Experience with Windows Office Suites and core application suites
  • Market Data troubleshooting, including Reuters Eikon and Bloomberg
  • Mobile/Remote connectivity support (e.g., Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, VPN, RemotePC)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree (preferred)
  • Industry or role-specific experience
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSE/MCSA/MCP)
