As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining this atmosphere and driving their success. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the Team: Support the Store Manager in supervising and inspiring a diverse team of associates. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and enthusiasm. Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every customer leaves with a smile and a memorable shopping experience. Sales & Inventory Management: Assist in achieving sales targets and managing stock levels effectively. Keep a keen eye on inventory to minimise shrinkage. Training & Development: Help onboard new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge. Operational Excellence: Support daily store operations, including merchandising, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
