Your responsibilities will include: Leading the Team: Support the Store Manager in supervising and inspiring a diverse team of associates. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and enthusiasm. Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every customer leaves with a smile and a memorable shopping experience. Sales & Inventory Management: Assist in achieving sales targets and managing stock levels effectively. Keep a keen eye on inventory to minimise shrinkage.
