Role Overview: As a Demand Planner, you will be pivotal in demand and supply chain functions. Your expertise will drive the demand strategy and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Accountable for the Demand Plan and input into the Demand strategy.
- S&OP Process: Lead the Demand review S&OP process.
- System Management: Manage the Demand planning system.
- Product Changes: Ensure product changes are implemented on the system.
- Insight Management: Handle internal and external insight feeds.
- Reconciliation: Accountable for demand reconciliation and gap closing monitoring.
- LEAN Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end demand process using LEAN initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the supply planner to resolve supply and demand conflicts.
- Forecast Accuracy: Ensure forecast accuracy and validate critical data.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate processes continuously.
