Working Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm
We are working exclusively with a company who have a rare job opening to join their settled, happy workforce. Due to continued expansion, our client is eagerly looking to add a multi-drop delivery driver to their team, where there is a brand new van ready and waiting for you on-site.
The successful applicant will play a crucial role in the operations of the logistics within this fast-growing business, and you will also benefit from the company's end-of-year profit-sharing bonus scheme, celebrating their success directly with employees.
You will be the face of the company, meeting the customers on a daily basis in a timely and efficient manner, and the ideal candidate will have experience driving in and around the London area.
Duties:- Deliver a variety of products across designated postal areas
- Follow scheduled routes and meet delivery time frames
- Return undelivered items and collect customer returns
- Load, unload and operate the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to DOT regulations
- Address any issues, complaints or delivery challenges promptly
- Communicate with sales regarding failed deliveries
- Valid, clean driver's licence
- Ability to lift heavy packages
- Ability to pass alcohol and drug tests
- Good knowledge of local geography and postal codes
- Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries
