This role will play a key part in driving engagement, improving leadership effectiveness, shaping employee relations strategy and helping leaders navigate a fast-paced and ever-changing operating environment. About the Role This is a highly visible and influential role that combines strategic HR partnering, employee relations expertise and leadership coaching. Leading a small team, you'll work closely with senior operational leaders to create high-performing clubs, enhance the employee experience and deliver sustainable business results. You'll use data, insight and strong stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities, address challenges and help shape a people-first culture that supports growth and performance across the organisation. [ Responsibilities Partner with senior operational leaders to improve people performance, engagement and leadership effectiveness across multiple club locations. Act as a trusted adviser and coach to leaders, providing guidance, challenge and support on complex people matters. Lead the organisation's employee relations agenda, ensuring a commercially balanced, culturally aligned and legally compliant approach. [ Oversee and support complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice while managing organisational risk. Use people metrics and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating insights into meaningful actions.
