About the Role This is a highly visible and influential role that combines strategic HR partnering, employee relations expertise and leadership coaching. Leading a small team, you'll work closely with senior operational leaders to create high-performing clubs, enhance the employee experience and deliver sustainable business results. You'll use data, insight and strong stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities, address challenges and help shape a people-first culture that supports growth and performance across the organisation. [ Responsibilities Partner with senior operational leaders to improve people performance, engagement and leadership effectiveness across multiple club locations. Act as a trusted adviser and coach to leaders, providing guidance, challenge and support on complex people matters. Lead the organisation's employee relations agenda, ensuring a commercially balanced, culturally aligned and legally compliant approach.
